Ryan and Andrea got married on the most spectacular fall day! The kind of day that everyone dreams having for their wedding. The sky was a rich shade of blue, the sun was shining and the fall colors were at their peak. Outdoor, fall weddings in Minneapolis just might be my favorite kind.

These two spent the day laughing alongside their hilarious wedding party.  I didn’t have to tell them twice to let loose and get goofy. Every time I looked, a different member of the wedding party was doing something ridiculously funny. I love when the wedding party is excited for their friends getting married and has a blast taking photos. It makes my job insanely fun.

They went with the flow even when things didn’t go as planned- like when the dock they were taking pictures on caved in sending everyone screaming and running for stable ground or when Andrea put the ring on the wrong finger during the ceremony leaving the guests and the bride and groom in fits of laughter. The ceremony ended with Ryan dipping Andrea for an epic first kiss as husband and wife.

These candid moments are the best to capture because you’ll look back on them and be reminded of the amazing craziness that took place at your wedding. The things that make it unique and all your own.

Andrea looked absolutely stunning in her gown and Ryan was elated to see her when they did their first look outside under the perfect blue sky.

These kinds of joy-filled weddings are my favorite, and I am grateful I got to capture all of the fun.
