These images show off the best moments from my 2016 weddings. Although there were awesome posed images and detail shots of dresses and flowers, you won’t find those images on this list.
These are the heart-racing, tear-jerking, fist pumping, dying-in-a-fit-of-laughter type moments. The stories you tell people about when they ask about your wedding. The “remember when” moments. The epic tales you become known for.
To my 2016 couples- thank you for sharing the biggest day of your life with me. I don’t say lightly that it was an honor. You all rocked so hard. You taught me so much about life and love, and I am so grateful to know you all.

Meanwhile, the bride is getting ready for her big entrance- peaking around the corner at her groom, taking deep breaths and linking arms with her dad…
This is one of my favorite ceremony photos from all wedding season. Chris and Christie were just pronounced husband and wife when the wind picked up and blew her veil into Chris’ face. The best part is that everyone is laughing while Chris struggles to get out and Christie is just beaming- thrilled to finally be married and totally oblivious to what’s going on.
It had been a long night of intense dancing so I figured that was why the bride was sitting down and taking her shoes off. However, she was looking apprehensive and a couple of the groomsmen were gathering around her. Then I looked over and saw the other groomsmen sitting the groom down as well. Then this happened…
