Some couples know exactly what they want to do for their Adventure Session, but more often than not, it takes some brainstorming. A lot of couples think they need to come up with something spectacular and epic. If that’s your style then that’s awesome, but the point of Adventure Sessions is to represent the stage of life you’re at.
The goal is to look back at your photos in 30 years and say, “Remember our first house together?? We had some good times there!” Or, “remember when we always used to go camping together? So fun!” Or, “Remember that bar down the street that we went to all the time??”
I want the photos to be true to your relationship. In the case of Kenny and Kelsey, their kids are naturally a huge part of their lives so we were excited to include them in the session. They are incredible parents to two wildly fun kiddos.
Easton just turned one and Ayden is ten. We started at their gorgeous home in Ramsey and captured their life around home before heading towards the river for some fall inspired photos. There is something so natural and cozy about in home sessions, and the park by their house provided the perfect fall backdrop for the rest of the photos.
Kenny and Kelsey- your family is so much fun and I can’t wait to spend your wedding day with you next September!
