After dating for a little bit in high school, Kenny and Kelsey went their separate ways as people often do. But a couple years later when they happened to reconnect, they knew there was still a spark there. As Kenny and Kelsey got close again, Kenny also bonded with Kelsey’s son Ayden which made Kelsey and her family really happy.
I got to know Kenny & Kelsey and their two sweet sons, Ayden and Easton during their adventure session last fall. On the wedding day, Kelsey did first looks with all of her favorite guys on her wedding day- she started with her dad and Ayden. Her dad smiled ear to ear and Ayden threw up his hands and acted super surprised to see his mom dressed up as a bride. It was adorable.
She did her first look with Kenny next and they both smiled and laughed, unable to keep in their joy as they took it all in. A little while later during wedding party photos, little Easton showed up in his bowtie and suspenders. Everyone stopped what they were doing and ohhhed and ahhhed at how cute he was. Kelsey could hardly contain herself at his cuteness. It was the sweetest moment!
All of the details of their day were perfectly hand-crafted by Kelsey- from the bridesmaids shirts, tote bags and cups to all of the signs that decorated the reception space. It was so impressive and puts all of my DIY work to shame! The florals and circular arch from Kelsey’s cousin at Sweet Pea Florals were pretty much to die for! Thanks for letting be a part of your amazing day, Kenny and Kelsey!
